The whole procedure from first appointment through to follow up, after I had received my orthotics was expertly carried out in a truly professional, but friendly manner. The initial diagnosis was explained to me and, for the first time in 8 years I was not treated as an idiot and the diagnosis made complete sense. The scan sessions were quick and easy and my orthotics arrived promptly.
I wore the orthotics almost continuously from day one and experienced mild aching in my knees and shins, followed by mild backache and later a one sided headache. All of this cleared after my follow up appointment after 4 weeks. On the plus side, as quickly as 2 weeks after first wearing the orthotics my knees felt stronger, my stride lengthened, and for the first time in 5 years I could fully extend my right leg. The orthotics continue to be fantastic and, it's a cliché, but they really have been life changing. With over 5 years of daily pain solved so quickly, I only wish I had seen a chiropractor much sooner after the problem started.

I have only good things to say about my treatment, I was in a lot of pain when I rang for my first treatment, the clinic was closed but Trevor phoned me straight back and made an appointment to see me the following morning. The medical acupuncture was effective from the first treatment and I am so grateful to not be in pain anymore. Reception staff are also lovely, very friendly and a relaxed atmosphere. I would like to say a big thank you to all of you for being flexible when I have needed to change appointment times.
