For most of you reading this, you will have finished or nearly finished your intensive phase of treatment to combat and control the problem that brought you here. It is now all about prevention.

HealthtrackFor some, prevention is second nature, for example visiting the dentist every six months or regularly servicing the car. Others may not give prevention a second thought. However, none of us are surprised when we get problems with our teeth or our cars if we don’t take preventive steps. Wellness Care – through HealthTrack – works the same way. It is a preventive and maintenance programme encouraging continuing care. It helps you look after the only body you will ever have. After all, if you don’t look after it, who will?

 

WHAT EMERGENCY COVER IS FREE?

As a HealthTrack patient, you will be entitled to emergency treatment in case of relapse of your presenting complaint. This provides for up to two appointments to treat your relapse. These appointments would be covered by your regular monthly payment and so are FREE of extra cost.

ANY OTHER EMERGENCY BENEFITS?

Should you ever need to visit another practitioner while travelling we will take calls on your behalf and get a copy of your notes to you the same day – wherever you are. We will talk your condition through with your emergency chiropractor and inform them of what techniques you respond best to so that you can continue enjoying your holiday in comfort. In addition, you will be given priority treatment should you need a same-day emergency appointment with us, during normal clinic hours.

HOW DOES THE PLAN WORK?

Healthtrack is a very simple scheme. You pay a monthly fee via standing order, we provide you with monthly care, including treatment of any relapse that you may encounter. All of this is for less than one normal treatment fee. Consider it an insurance plan, an investment in you and your health.

WHO CAN JOIN HEALTHTRACK?

Anyone recommended by their chiropractor can join HealthTrack. Please bear in mind that the number of places on this scheme is limited and it may not always be possible to join immediately, we do hold a waiting list should this be the case.

I WANT TO JOIN – WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Just ask your chiropractor, and if you are progressing well and are at a stage of treatment ready for maintenance care then we will provide you with the form you will need. For more information please call our Reception team.
